It is the seventh day of his Anshan or voluntary fast. It is sad to say that it is also the seventh day of Baba Ramdev’s deteriorating health and prestige.Deterioration of his health is obvious, he is not eating anything and since four days, he even refused to take lemon and honey. However, with the alarming notifications of doctors, Baba Ramdev agreed to consume lemon juice and honey.I am not a fan of Baba Ramdev, I don’t know if Yoga can cure any disease and I don’t care if his alternative drugs will actually help any patient. However, I always felt that he is a strong man and he should be honored. When I heard Baba Ramdev giving interviews earlier on, I used to believe that he may not be very intelligent, but he is certainly confident and explanatory. However, I started realizing that he may be a good orator in front of those who actually trust him and believe that he is a good person, but he is certainly not a good orator against his opponents and those who are willing to malign his reputation at any cost.I don’t know if Baba Ramdev had any hidden political agenda behind his strike against black money and corruption. What I know is, every ruling politician and every media house of India is certainly against him with a political vendetta. Indian media was never just and I guess no country enjoys independent and just media coverage of political and actually important news and information. Currently, all major Indian media houses including Times of India, The Hindu, and news channels like Star News, Zee News, IBN7 and others are primarily working on proving that Baba Ramdev is the face of corruption and the government is the good force that is committed to remove corruption. Wow! That is the power of media that it is actually succeeding in proving all this.This is the scenario of an independent country where the media houses and newspapers are actually allowed to express their truthful views. Yet, none of the newspapers or news channels shows the truth, they keep on beating the wrong and fraudulent bush.Yesterday, Anna Hazare sat on Anshan to protest against the governmental and police atrocities on the innocent and peaceful protestors who were brutally attacked and beaten by the Delhi police at the mid of the night of 4th June. While it was a protest against government to support Baba Ramdev and all news channels were covering it too, every other news channel and news paper was also flashing news headlines like the aide of Baba Ramdev has a fraudulent passport, and Baba Ramdev has amassed huge money. Another thing that rose in the newspapers was the heading that Now Baba Ramdev plans for violent agitation against government as he plans for creating an army of 11000 people.As a matter of fact, Baba Ramdev never said that he will support any violent agitation. He only said that he will train some 11,000 people who can apply self-defense procedures against governmental atrocities. Self defense is no crime, but then news channels can make everything a crime.Recently, the joint team of News Channels, News Papers and Congress government proved that raising voices against corruption is actually a crime. They vilified both Anna Hazare and Baba Ramdev along with every person who is associated with their efforts to remove corruption. They vilified Shanti Bhushan, Arvin Kejariwal, and others. Yesterday, they even said that both Anna Hazare and Baba Ramdev are faces of RSS and BJP and they are trying to destabilize government.So you see, according to Congress leaders like Digvijay Singh, Kapil Sibbal, P Chidambaram, Pranab Mukherjee, Sonia Gandhi, and Manmohan Singh, it’s all drama and ploy to destabilize government and it is nothing about efforts to remove corruption.Today, they played another game. They virtually divided Anna Hazare and Baba Ramdev in such a manner that Anna Hazare commented that if he met Baba Ramdev in near future, then he will also be termed as a supporter of violence. I am confident that Anna Hazare knows well that it is a ploy in which Baba Ramdev has been trapped and Anna Hazare will do his best to avoid himself in being trapped like him. What will be the fate of this agitation against Corruption?I am least hopeful against any change. Nothing will happen. Congress will draft a Lokpal Bill in a manner which is favorable to it, Anna Hazare will try to revolt, he will fail. About Baba Ramdev, he is already a failure. Nothing will happen on his front. I doubt he will be charged with fake cases of corruption and black money and maybe he will be punished too. As a matter of fact, he is already suffering.However, we should never lose all hopes. The better would be a divide in Congress itself. Anyways, India will never improve. Why?There are two reasons.First is, the news papers and news media always support corruption, government and congress. Everything against Congress is Saffron for them and they hate saffron. Second thing is, Indians people also are not very convinced about their own choices. They also start supporting corruption government and congress whenever Congress leaders starts criticizing any protest against corruption , government and Congress.The worst will be, a win for Congress in upcoming UP Vidhan Sabha Elections and then a third time win for Congress in 2014 Lok Sabha Elections. Anyways, corruption will remain as it is. And oh yes, Baba Ramdev may reach the ultimate point of his sacrifice. However, government won’t allow him to die and will force feed him. They have already killed the prestige and status of Baba Ramdev, now he is not a peaceful gandhian revolutionary against corruption, rather, the news channels and Times of India claims that he himself is corrupt.These news channels demand that Baba Ramdev should expose the names of all those who donated money to him. While Baba Ramdev have issued information about the property of all trusts of Yogpeeth, they demand him to open information about all companies associated with him. They don’t want to file an RTI and to check by themselves. They want him to tell them. why?Because it allows them to say that Baba Ramdev is dubious for longer periods. They will never ask how Congress gets donations for campaigning in elections; they will only say that while corruption is everywhere, but Congress politicians and government is not corrupt, Baba Ramdev is corrupt. Thank god Anna Hazare has no property no money, otherwise he might also have been termed as a corrupt.
