Good Skin Care is Important

Good skin care is essential to graceful aging. Babies have smooth, soft skin that is wrinkle free and moist. Over time harsh elements in the environment wear on the skin making is dryer and tougher. With age comes wrinkles and sagging in the skin. Good skin care can slow down the harmful effects of time and the environment.  Before good skin care can be attempted, it is important to have a thorough understanding of how the skin operates. Skin consists of three layers. The inner most layer is the subcutaneous tissue. The tissue in the subcutaneous layer contains fat cells, which insulate the body. The middle layer is the dermis. The dermis contains the connective tissues. The outermost layer of skin is called the epidermis. The purpose of the epidermis is to protect the inner skin from environmental contaminants. Cells in the epidermis continuously travel from the inner most part of the epidermis to the surface, flaking off once they reach the top. The cells in the epidermis become thinner over time. Less collagen is produced causing skin to lose its elasticity. This causes the skin to sag and wrinkle. The number of sweat glands also decrease over time leading to dryer skin. As people age, cells in the subcutaneous layer become smaller also contributing to the sagging and wrinkling. UVA and UVB radiation from sunlight thin the epidermis even more. They also contribute to a faster breakdown of collagen in the dermis.  Good skin care requires cleansing and moisturizing. Cleansing is essential to remove dirt and dead skin cells. It helps to prevent pimples or acne. Cleansing, however, can dry out the skin. Cleansing removes the oil on the skin, which retains moisture. As a result moisturizers are needed to restore water to the skin and protect the skin. Special liquid cleaners are recommended over using traditional bar soap. Liquid cleansers can be made with moisturizer to combat the drying agents in the cleansers. The type of cleaner chosen depends on the skin type of the person using it. Vitamin E is often included in good skin care products as it helps moisturize the skin. It also maintains elasticity. The type of moisturizer used is important as well. A heavier moisturizer should be used at night while a thinner, lighter moisturizer is recommended for daytime use.  Good skin care requires a lot of effort. A regime of cleaning and moisturizing should be followed everyday in order to be effective. Avoiding exposure to the sun and tanning is ideal to prevent the harmful effects of radiation. Application of sunscreen with a minimum SPF of 15 is helpful as well. Smoking should be avoided. A healthy diet is beneficial in improving the elasticity of the skin. Drinking water is essential to good skin care. Water helps the body function better. It also cleans the pores from the inside. It re-hydrates the skin, which helps the skin stay moist. Keeping good habits in addition to good skin care will help the skin age gracefully and beautifully.

Facial Skin Care - 3 Critical Areas to Treat For a Vibrant, Younger Look

Facial skin care is a hot but confusing topic. There are so many different companies claiming to have the best anti-aging products that consumers often find it impossible to choose. When they finally do select one product over the other, they may do so without knowing whether the product will really benefit their skin.
In order to truly help you stay young and youthful looking for longer, a facial skin care product must work on three problem areas in particular. First, it must tackle the problem of collagen and elastin loss. These proteins are critical to youthful skin. Found in the layer of skin that is directly beneath the epidermis, collagen and elastin work together. Collagen provides critical cushioning and support for the top layer of the skin, and elastin lets the skin stretch. These proteins also help the skin stay smooth, supple and hydrated. When they deteriorate, the result is saggy, wrinkly, dull, old-looking skin.
The synthesis of collagen and elastin breaks down as a normal part of aging. Additionally, sun exposure, smoking and poor nutrition contribute to the problem. The solution? Well, some facial skin care companies sell collagen creams, claiming they get rid of fine lines and wrinkles and prevent more from developing. The sad truth is applying a collagen cream to your skin won't do more than moisturize it for a short period of time. Collagen molecules cannot penetrate the skin when they are applied to the surface. They are simply too large.
Fortunately, all is not lost. There are products that have been clinically proven to stimulate collagen regrowth. For example, CynergyTK has been shown to not only stimulate the growth of collagen, but also the regrowth of elastin. Such products are much more effective than collagen creams.
Hyaluronic acid is another substance that is critical for youthful-looking skin. This substance is found in the connective tissue and plays an important role in keeping the skin cushioned and well lubricated. When you don't have enough of it, the result is premature aging of your skin as well as the potential for a host of health problems. Phytessence Wakame, which is found in Japanese sea kelp, works to stop hyaluronidase--a skin-damaging enzyme--from destroying the hyaluronic acid in your skin. With the effects of hyaluronidase in hand, your skin is free to increase its level of hyaluronic acid and keep you looking youthful.
We hear quite a bit about the damaging effects of free radicals, especially as they relate to cancer. While that is a major concern, free radicals also contribute to premature aging of the skin. There are three things that dramatically increase free radicals in the skin: exposure to damaging rays from the sun, pollution and products that are applied to the skin. Yes, there are some products that actually work against you by producing free radicals. You can fight these destroyers by protecting your skin from the sun, researching skin care products before you use them and choosing facial skin care products that contain antioxidants. CoEnzyme Q10 is one example of a substance that acts as a potent antioxidant, neutralizing free radicals and helping you to avoid wrinkles.
Aging is a necessary part of life, but it's not necessary to look old prematurely. The answer is skipping the fancy creams that promise the world but really cannot deliver and opting for products that have the right ingredients for age-defense skin care.

WHAT I WORE...YESTERDAY: STIAAN LOUW INFINITY SCARF

I never used to be a scarf man but having grown in fashionable intelligence I have realized that not only is a scarf practical, but it can make a look. With Winter giving us perfect weather most days in South Africa spreading its chill I started adding more to my collection. Stiaan Louw let me know a while ago that he was planning on releasing some scarves for his showroom so I placed an order.

Available in rust, navy, cobalt blue, black, chocolate and my favorite blue (above) these scarves are available for R220 ONLY in a superfine cotton voile. What I personally love about this scarf is the stitching which is twisted and looped to give it natural folds.

They will be available tomorrow from the Whitebox showroom or by order from Stiaanlouw.com. In fact the online store will launch at the end of the month alongside the second Whitebox collection launch.

Tips for the management while searching for proper solutions to manage diversity at workplace
Introduction:

With the increasing trend of globalization, America’s workforce is undergoing a great change in its composition. The current workforce of business organization throughout the world an especially in America can be explained or described as polytypic (Norma M. Riccucci, 2002). Nowadays, there are much higher percentage of white women, people of color, disabled persons, new and recent immigrants, gays and lesbians, and intergenerational groups working in the corporation organizations. Many of the managers and businessmen believe that with this diversified workforce, the opportunities to enhance innovation, efficiency and better production are increasing. On the same plane, these managers and businessmen also suffer the issues and problems created by the diversified cultural, racial, gender based and age based workforce. At times, it may prove to be really difficult for the management to create and provide a tension free harmonious working environment for the employees.

The following article will explain some of the common yet grave issues and problems emanating from the diversified workforce at the organizations. The aim of the article is to lament the major trends of diversification in the workforce of the current corporate organizations, to suggest that at times, this diversity may seem to be necessary and profitable for the businessmen and management but at other times, it may prove to be headache. We will discuss about the issues that may arise because of the increasing diversifying workforce of America and other western countries. We will also explain how and why organizations often support the idea of diversification of work force, and how it can be profitable for them. It is necessary to understand and recognize the issues and problems that may arise due to the different sets of diversity within the workforce so that the management may find itself able to reduce or avoid any such situation that may to be hazardous for the organization and may affect the performance of the workers.

Diversity in the Work Place:
Diversity in the workforce has been grabbing more and more attention because of its immediate need. The diversity at the workplace may indicate the differences between the workers based on their cultural and ethnical background, their habits, abilities and skills, their ability to provide effective performance, their sexes and some other similar diversifications. Some people feel that it is very challenging and difficult to manage and maintain proper working with the diversified workforce and hence it is a problem as it is a hurdle against the effectiveness of organizational activities, while some others believe that diversity provides a great opportunity to increase the value perspectives and ideas in the organization. A diversified workforce can be imagined as a set of isolated individuals working on some defining ideals, or it can be imagined as a colourful and interesting atmosphere to provide better work and results (Gerald R. Ferris , Dwight D. Frink , M. Carmen Galang, 1993)

The major issue for the corporate is to manage the diversity in the workplace. It is very important not because corporate are becoming more genteel and kinder towards their employees, but because without managing the diversified workforce, the corporate cannot stand, it not be successful.

The Hudson Institute’s workforce report 2000 in 1987 exclaimed that by the 1990’s, 85% of net growth in labour force will contain women, minorities and immigrants. By the year 2000, the report suggested that more than 47% of total workforce will be women and 61% of American women will be employed. Furthermore, the report suggested that by the end of 1990’s more than 25% of workforce will be from Third World, 4% of Asian, Pacific Islanders, and Native Americans, 10% of Hispanics and 12% of African Americans. It will become a necessity for American organizations to recruit, train and promote culturally diverse employees and manage them to procure positive results (George Henderson, 1994).

Common trends of Diversified work groups
There are many issues regarding the management of diversified workforce at the workplace. Some of the common trends of diversified workers are

Diversity due to generation gap
According to the Hudson Institute’s workforce report, by the year 2000, “51% of the workforce will be between 35 to 54 years old”, on the other hand, the younger workers will be only 38%, while only 11% of workers will be above age 55 (Gerald R. Ferris , Dwight D. Frink , M. Carmen Galang, 1993).
Such situations may create a generation barrier between the workers. There have been some incidences that suggest that it is not easy for workers to collaborate with colleagues if there is such huge generation gap.
Mr. Du-Feu a legal consultant at London based International Law firm suggested that “there are now 1.33 million workers above retirement age in the UK so our workforces are becoming increasingly age diverse.”
Age diversity is a major issue that needs to be managed properly because in absence of proper management, the situations may give way to inter-generational conflicts and that can hamper the progress of organizations (Western Mail, 2009).

• Diversity and Gender Issue in workforce
The increasing participation of women in corporate world also create a diversified situation where the management need to provide proper amiable atmosphere for the women workers so that they may provide efficient work with ease without facing any discriminatory sexist situation. With increasing number of women workforce, many competent women will try and eventually succeed in attaining the topmost positions at the organizations. Management need to provide proper system that may not create any hurdle or conflicts revolving round the gender issues.

• Diversity based on minority workforce
In 1985, the minority workforce in United States was 13%. Hudson Institute’s estimation report for 2000 suggested that by 2000, the percentage of minority workforce in United States will increase to the levels of 15% or above (Gerald R. Ferris , Dwight D. Frink , M. Carmen Galang, 1993). It is very important for the management to take care of the workplace environment and not to let any racial or ethnical conflict to occur as that may lead to unwanted tension and stress in the workers which will reduce the performance and efficiency of the potential workers.

• Diversity based on induction of Immigrants
The Hudson Institute’s estimation report for the year 2000 also indicated the increasing number of immigrant workers (George Henderson, 1994). As it will become economically profitable and necessary for the organization to induce the immigrant workers, it would be a duty of the management to keep the native workers calm and promoting the harmony within the workplace. With the induction of immigrant workers, the workplace also faces the cultural and traditional diversity at workplace. People of various regions from the world who follow different cultural and religious activities and face linguistic differences may find it difficult to maintain harmony and promote better workplace environment to enhance the efficiency. The management need to look for the ways to promote workability in such scenario.

• Workplace Diversity and Sexual orientation
Nowadays, public is becoming more and more positive and sensitive about the individual right for enjoying one’s sexual orientation. Management of different organizations need to provide an amiable and friendly environment for people with alternative sex life and sexual orientation so that the organization may not suffer a bad reputation in the public. It also becomes necessary because with proper safety, freedom and allowance, the workers can easily state and defend their sexual orientation without fearing for any discrimination, offensive activity or exploitation. Management need to look whether it will be safe for the employees to state their sexual orientation openly or will it be more appropriate to avoid forcing the employees to openly state their sexual orientation (Norma M. Riccucci, 2002).

Managing the issues of Diversity at Workplace
With the increasing effect of globalization, organizations nowadays not only look forward to create efficient workforce that may represent not only a nation but the global public around the world. This also becomes necessary with the increasing global aims and projects of the multinational organizations. Such organizations need to manage proper harmony and efficient working conditions at the workplace with a diversified workforce not only to extract the best results, but also to maintain a good reputation amongst the public, the clients and potential customers. Nowadays, more white women, people of different races and colour, disabled persons, new and recent immigrants, gays and lesbians, and intergenerational mixes are working in various organizations in United States of America (Norma M. Riccucci, 2002).

• Eradicating the issues of Generational Diversity
In recent times, the age diversity is increasing because of the fact that the number of older employees is increasing as they can’t afford to stop work in the current tumultuous economical times (Western Mail, 2009). The issue becomes serious because many young people are suffering unemployment.

The first necessity for the management is to notice the ways by which the age diversity can cause problems in the workplace. The employers, businessman and human resource professionals need to understand and recognize the issues and notice the changes that are being brought within the workplace.
It is important to understand what is that which makes each generation a unique group and how each group can be satisfied and promoted to create a harmonious working environment at workplace. At initial stages, it may prove to be very difficult to manage the conflicts occurring from age diversity, but those organizations whose human resource management are proactive and looking forward to solve the issues in a rational way will gain success while those organizations who are not providing enough attention towards these issues of generational gap may suffer failure (Western Mail, 2009).

• Diversity Management and Gender Issues
As more and more women are actively taking part in professional scenario, gender conflicts are also naturally rising on the scene. It is very necessary for the human resource management to look forward to avoid any sexist policy that may reduce the chances of emerging women to gain proper professional progress. At the same time, management need to ensure that the male workers may not feel that women are gaining unwanted support from the management. Discrimination on either part needs to be avoided as it may create a tussle between the employees.

• Managing Minority workers and Immigrants, racial and ethnic diversity at workplace
In order to woe the global consumers and to succeed in expanding the business globally, organizations need to expand their ethnical diversity base at workplace. Yet, the diversity may create tussles that need to be managed in a proper manner.

In government sector, it is necessary for the government to remain racially neutral. There should not be any discrimination based on the skin colour of the worker. Private organization often prefers to provide work for the best and most efficient workers irrespective of their skin colour or ethnicity. Free market policies often tend the workers to get above the religious, racial and ethical issues. They often prefer to look for the best profitable deal with workers irrespective of their personal ideas and taste regarding ethnicity, race and culture (Norma M. Riccucci, 2002). Management need to confirm that there is activity within the organizational workplace that may promote racial harassment. Immigrants need to be provided with proper security and support against any protectionist movement generated by the native workers or outer political groups.

• Managing the diversity based on sexual orientation
The issue of an individual’s freedom to openly enjoy his or her sexual orientation is gaining moment in United States and in the whole world. LGBT societies and communities are gaining more and more public support as public is also gaining awareness about the issues and problems faced by the people with diversified sexual orientation. At a corporate organizational level, management should try to avoid any issue that may create a political tussle between the workers at workplace. It is necessary to provide proper protection for lesbians and gays if there are some in the workforce. Precautions should be taken while making policies regarding the openness of sexual orientation by the workers. Often workers try not to reveal their sexual orientation, yet, if some workers are willing to openly state their sexual orientation, management need to see whether it is safe. Many companies and organizations openly state that they are gays and lesbian friendly and they respect their workers sexual orientation and freedom. Such policies and announcement occurs with the motive of gaining good reputation amongst the clients and consumers in the public (Norma M. Riccucci, 2002).

Tips for the management while searching for proper solutions to manage diversity at workplace
Some of the business organizations like Steelcase, General Motors, 3M, Microsoft, Intel, Procter & Gamble, Kodak, Deloitte, Ernst & Young, Lockheed Martin Corporation, American Airlines, Nike and some others filed their Friends of Court” brief and got involved in the case in February, 2003 in support of University of Michigan before the Supreme Court. The issue was the corporate organizations stern belief that racial, ethical, age, gender, and sexual diversification is not only right but it is very important from the perspective of economical growth of these organizations (David W. Debruin , Allen Boston , Rick Bobrow , Vance M. Holley, 2003).

The incident proved that it is very necessary for the organizations to maintain proper diversified workforce but it also lamented the need to manage the workforce properly and to try to avoid any hurdle that may occur in the performance and efficiency of workers.

It is very necessary for the human resource management to take a proper look on the ongoing scenario of workplace and to notice if there are occurring some incidences of stress, tussles and vocal altercations between the workers due to the diversity in the race, age, gender, culture and linguistic differences. Precautions will prove to be more effective.

It is very important to include the members of the workgroup and provide a platform for friendly discourses where the workers may discuss and express their concerns, problems and difficulties faced by them while working in such diversified atmosphere. Proper discourses are necessary and effective method to promote harmony and to reduce the conflicts between the different generations of the workers. It would be a better way to introduce workers from different age groups to work together in teams and to encourage a feeling of competition within these different teams.
Management should also provide enough attention towards the problems faced by women while working with their male colleague. It is necessary to provide protection for women and it is also important to look forward that the male workers may not suffer any discrimination because of extra care that is to be provided for the female workers.
Although the companies may find it profitable to announce openly that they support individual freedom of people to have their sexual orientation, yet, it should not be made compulsory for the employees to openly state their sexual orientation officially because it may create problem for those employees. They may suffer harassment or they may be ridiculed.

Sinful Colors: Mint Apple

This is mint apple by Sinful Colors. HATED IT! Was not feeling the application or the color against my skin tone. The color seemed a bit streaky and gooey...maybe it was my bottle. 2 coats used with top coat.

INSIDE FASHION WEEK WITH NEIL DOVETON AND MENS HEALTH 2011

A year ago I wrote to Neil Doveton to hopefully grace the pages of this blog with an interview on the experience of going off to Milan fashion week. Posted ironically one year ago today 'The Diary of an Editor' was quite popular and so when I got the opportunity to get a few answers again from the Mens Health fashion editor I jumped for it. Here is our interview with enlightening, humble and funny responses from Neil. You can also follow him on Twitter now here.

What was your overall impression of Milan fashion week this year?
After last year’s recession-hit runways, where collections distinctly reflected the previous season with most designers playing it safe and sombre, there is no doubt that this year the spirit is high and it would appear that finance has energised the catwalks.

Who had the best collection in your opinion?
That’s always a really tough question as each designer has something that makes them unique and special. It really all depends what you’re looking for. But there are undeniably a few that had fashionistas and journalists talking for days. Burberry Prorsum pushed some boundaries with an innovative collection that saw Christopher Bailey returning to crafts in an era where fashion is strongly focused on technology. He successfully combined Burberry’s strict Brit heritage with tribal influences: whimsical straw hats, crocheted raffia jerseys, felt appliqués, and American Indian stitching on cork-soled shoes. A completely unexpected collection that embraced the overall feel of Spring/Summer 2012 which sees fashion take on a more relaxed approach, stimulating a nostalgic sense of travel and exotic destination. D&G took us on a journey to the East, melding denim with foulard, a lightweight woven silk or silk and cotton mix with prints reflecting an eastern mosaic and finishing the look with moccasins. A smart combination of rough and smooth by Stefano Gabbana and Domenico Dolce that embodied a light and summery collection and enthuses to make take that vacation.
There are also definite ethnic influences from all over the world, it almost feels as though one has travelled to exotic destinations, collecting elements of ethnic wear and mixing in with a traditionally Western wardrobe .The look is laid back and comfortable. Easy to wear. But if this all seems a bit too much for you don’t stress – you will find a pair of linen cargos too. Pair up with a Henley t-shirt and flip flops and you’re set for your hols in Hermanus. I also loved the Ermanno Scervino collection. Simple styling, understated and easy to wear it had all the offerings of SS2012 – muted colours with accents of orange and blue and a core of linen, whether a tailored suit or layers of casual items. Paired with suede loafers it’s a look that says “relax and be comfortable”
Another big trend – and one that is sure to become extremely commercial is the invasion of cobalt blue and citrus orange! Beware – it’s seriously bright though and I’d go so far as to say that this is a trend best left to the young and funky. But going boldly blue doesn’t necessarily mean top to toe. It can be picked up in the subtle check of a dark suit or used to brighten a combination of muted earthy tones and khaki favourites as seen in DSQUARED2’s clever combinations with bright accents. But if you are feeling brave – go ahead and make a bold statement – one that says “you are trendy guy that knows his stuff!”
The “drop crotch” ( yeah, I agree, it’s a terrible term but it is what it is!) reshapes the menswear silhouette and the skinnier more sharply tailored and extreme cuts of seasons passed are definitely giving way to roomier, looser fits.
At first I was a little anxious about this trend but after having seen it on the runways in various lengths of “drop” and trying on a few pairs at Zara that weren’t overly exaggerated I confess I quite like it. I remember my (and most of my colleagues!!) initial reluctance (and horror)when the boot-cut gave way to the skinny-fit but after a season or 2 we have pretty much all packed our boot-cut jeans away. I predict it won’t be long before the average guy is donning a pair of drop-crotch chinos.

What was your MFW highlight?
The thing I love most about my annual pilgrimage to Milan, the heart and the heat of menswear, is besides the totally inspiring and exhilarating shows there is always a nice little surprise moment. This year I cracked an invite to the hugely glamorous launch of the David Gandy by Dolce & Gabbana book.

Gandy rose to fame as a model for Dolce & Gabbana, and the book is a documentation of this journey retracing his steps from his first moments in the fashion world, through pictures Steven Klein dedicated to him during advertising campaigns to his most recent campaign of the fragrance “Light Blue” shot by Mario Testino - you will recognise Gandy as the white-Speedo-wearing demi-god  in the “Light Blue” fragrance TV commercial with the super-sexy Montenegrin beauty Marija Vuyovic.

This must-have coffee table showpiece has also been enriched with new images shot exclusively for this project by Mariano Vivanco, the photographer whose camera captured David Gandy’s sensuality in an iconic calendar in 2008. My claim to fame – well, I got to stand (perchance!) within an arms distance of this iconic model, but was caught completely off my guard to the extent that I fumbled so much I couldn’t take a photo! I guess I will just have to get the book instead.
But even more inspiring than this was meeting my hero and all time favourite fashion blogger 'The Sartorialist', Scott Schuman. (yes, Marco – you are my next favourite!) Humble, contained and totally unassuming it was indeed a real honour to meet him. www.thesartorialist.blogspot.com

Was there any one particular look/collection that was unwearable/horrible in your mind?
It has to be the espadrille! The chosen shoe of yesteryear’s Spanish fishermen  makes a huge comeback. And having grown up in the era of Tom Selleck and Miami Vice the thought of a linen suit (or linen anything for that matter) and espadrilles had the fashionista in me cringing. But after seeing it on both catwalk and sidewalk, and with not a single Hawaiian shirt in sight, it began to have a certain appeal. Who knows I might yet surprise myself and embrace it’s return. Um, well, I dunno - maybe not.
Jenson Button and Lewis Hamilton make unlikely fashion photographers for Vodafone VIP. The famous Formula 1 duo were invited to a shoot with a difference. Rather than being the focus of the shoot they themselves got to be the photographers. But while that alone is unusual the theme is 'eccentric British summer' and they were encouraged to discover their wacky, creative flair while being tasked with everything from wardrobe to selecting props. Good fun. Take a look below!

THIS WEEK ON GQ.CO.ZA: MILAN FASHION WEEK TRENDS 2011

Alright so fashion week comes along and reminds you your duds are due to expire soon. Wonderful. On GQ I discuss some of these trends and include one that may have a little difficulty taking off locally for 2011.

Realms of an Active Mind

Often we ignore the potential of our mind; we discard the rational humming that keeps coming from the zones of mind and that restricts us from seeing the world with a new perception. With this restricted vision, we often fail to question and assess our surroundings.

We start to accept things as they are; we accept them as our fate, or fortune. The Inquisitiveness is a basic habit of an active mind and once we restrict our mind from being inquisitive, or we start restricting the mind to bug us and distract us from the usual proceedings, we start quenching the powers of an active mind.

When all of the contemporary scientists were busy in searching for the solution of the complexity of a geocentric outer world, Galileo was able to question against the premises of Earth being at the centre of solar system, how could he suggest that the earth is not at centre while the sun is? He wasn’t observing the motion of Earth, yet the sun was moving every day above his head.

How could have Newton found the principle of Gravity if he had not let the simple question of “Why apple falls on Earth?” to strike in his mind?

This is not all about the scientific realms. An active mind can do wonders in any segment of life.

Almost every Indian wanted to fight for their freedom against the British rule. Yet he was Mahatma Gandhi alone who dared to adopt a new means to revolt.

Have you ever wonder how could Gandhi grasp the essence of Natural Rights and support them to such a stern extent?

Thinking is an important habit of an active mind and we all do think. Yet, the difference in the thinking of an active mind and ours is that an active mind thinks with an aim to create, we often fail to do so.

It is very important to make castles in air. The mind must see visual achievement of the purpose before action is initiated. Napoleon Hill explained the importance of thinking in extremely precise manner as “The basic principle is that whatever your mind can imagine... it can create”.

It sounds so true, without making a castle in thin air, you cannot draw it on paper and without drawing it on paper you cannot construct it on earth while using bricks and wood.

Once you start visualizing about an issue, a problem, you will start facing the debates going on in between the various perceptions emerging in your mind. It happens with all of us, yet not all of us are able to attain the proper profit of this ability to think.

Often we ignore those perceptions, thinking, that seems not to be in relevance with the existing norms. Rather than checking for the rationality of existing norms, we prefer to discard the newly evolving strange thinking in our mind. Gradually, we get into this habit and ultimately, we start losing our capacity to visualize.

Galileo was able to point out the heliocentric nature of solar system because he was able to give importance to his thinking more than the existing norms. He was inquisitive.

Newton was not the only one who noticed the fall of an apple. Yet, he was inquisitive and opens enough for the emerging thoughts that engulfed his mind. When he visualized those thoughts, he reached to the conclusion of some strange heavenly power that is attributed to the earth, we call it gravitation. He was not taught anything about it. Yet he was able to visualize.

Gandhi was able to understand the true power of the natural rights of a human, and when he moved on to practice his natural rights, he was convinced that no law no government can restrict him from establishing those rational natural rights, because he had visualized them, they were perfect.

Every person who succeeds in making a new path towards progress uses this brilliant power of us human, we can think, we can activate our mind.

Dhiru Bhai Ambani visualized affordable phones for every Indian, was it possible in his time? He visualized, and paved the path to achieve that vision.

Rubber is first tapped from trees and then this sap of trees is processed to produce natural talalay latex or Dunlop latex mattresses. The milky white rubber collected is whipped up through air. This creates foam in latex. This foam is poured in the mattress templates to produce natural latex mattresses.

After that, either the talalay method is used to produce the mattress or the Dunlop method is used. The talalay method includes extraction of the air that was whipped in the rubber. After the while air is removed, flash freeze of foam in the mattress template is performed.

Because of freezing procedure, the cells or pores of latex mattress become open and it provides higher degree of elasticity or spring back nature for talalay latex mattresses. Talalay mattresses are lighter and airy because of open pores or cells.

On the other hand, during the Dunlop method of production of latex bed, the air is not removed from the foam and it is allowed to cure and settle. As a result, the Dunlop latex mattresses are denser.
