I had the pleasure of watching this video last week in a thread via Longhaircareforum. I must say I was hollering laughing, because in a way I kind of understood where she was coming from. The first style I tried after my big chop back in 2010, was the ever so popular wash n go. If any of you guys have seen my recent naked hair photo post, you will see that I do not have wash n go hair at all. When I do wash n gos, my hair looks like a HAM! I always have conditioner and gel just sitting on my hair, becoming very hard and crunchy, so I do not experiment with the wash and go look anymore. It took me less then a week after my big chop, to realize that I did not have the hair that I so often drooled over in the forums and fotki albums that I had stalked on a regular basis. I pretty much had to start over, pull back from the computer, find bloggers/vloggers who had that same non-existent 4c hair type as mine, and finally, just embrace my hair...since then, it's been smooth sailing.
