Saccharin- pink packets
Sucralose- yellow packets [I still use this one a lot, to bake with...better known as Splenda, however I need to STOP]
Aspartame- blue packets
High fructose corn syrup & agave nectar
Smarter choice sweeteners:
Stevia- Truvia.....I luv it
Sugar alcohols-an anti-sugar eatin' person's dream......another favorite of mine
Xylitol- hard to find...but sold at Whole Foods.......
Maltitol- Whole Foods uses this in a lot of their baked goods...
Erythritol- another sugar alcohol
